Shawn Tocidlowski, DO, FACP, is a board-certified Family Physician with over years of experience. He strives in helping people achieve their health goals. Dr. Tocidlowski believes that health care is a collaborative conversation that should be done in a safe and comfortable environment. Empowered with ample time and access, patients can truly transform their health and we can work together on sustainable changes to ultimately minimize the number of medications necessary. Dr. Tocidlowski was born and raised in Putnam County, NY. After years of training, he wanted to return to serve his community. He is dedicated to improving health access and the overall well-being of the Hudson Valley.

Dr. Tocidlowski has 2 years of experience working as a Urgent Care physician, and believes that urgent cares ideally should not exist. If everyone had access to their trusted doctor, why would you go anywhere else.

Urgent office visits are available. Suturing, wound care, and other urgent care visits are also available.

• Undergraduate Studies: Mount Saint Mary College, Bachelor of Arts in Biology; Minor in Chemistry and Psychology

• Medical School: Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

• Residency: Stamford Hospital Family Medicine Residency

Board Certifications

Dr. Tocidlowski is Board Certified in the Specialty of Family Medicine, and can provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all genders and all ages, from infants to adults. While he no longer delivers babies or provides OB care, he continues to provide care for the entire family outside the hospital.
